Because I asked her if she could show some sketches because a friend of mine who owns a specie who looks a lot like this (and uploaded drawings of said specie before your friend ever did) felt a bit bothered when she saw this?
Oh dear I'm such a horrible person for just checking now am I.
Please check your grammar because I'm actually not sure who you're talking about in some cases.
It's true, she watches her. She also told me she doesn't actually remember that she did it but I doubt you'll believe that so I'm not asking you to.
Either way, she uploaded the ref long after my friend uploaded her drawings, I don't know about you but most people can't steal things that they haven't even seen yet.
Funny that you're trying to reverse things and say my friend stole it. But something you seemed to have missed completely, no one accused your friend of stealing. I was simply checking by asking her for sketches. I never even expected them to have stolen ideas from each other but you seem to disagree with that.
Good job on using the copy past function btw, only thing is that you're not checking anything.
The armor part actually makes it sound even more like those others tbh.
And as a remark to the thing you said to the other person, that seems to be more because of the art style and the fact that you have more experience with canines. Not because yours are more complicated.
Again, I'm not in anyway trying to imply that you're stealing. But when stuff like this bothers my friends then I don't mind at least trying to go after it and check.
It always sounds a bit iffy when people include the time they have been working on something when it looks copied/stolen/etc. So that's why I asked for some old sketches.
Taking a species and adding a few things doesn't take much time and is sadly something I've seen happen a lot.
i think i can say my species is more complicated? because from what i see now it just.. is. i just haven't worked it out in digital art yet, nor posted it.
i have more then 8 pages of info in my sketchbooks.
i have never seen your friend or their species before, and i can say my species is different.
it does happen indeed. but not here. this is a project i have actually been working on for years and i just started making the detailed refs for it, this is just the basic anatomy. so people know how to accurately draw them.
this isn't just a random thrown in species to sell adoptables for, i have actually thought about this.
don't worry. they don't look alike at all once i uploaded everything.
